1. Your host must allow direct linking.
2. Your code needs to be up at all times. If it's not up when I go to approve you, you won't be approved.
3. Your site doesn't have to be a kawaii site but it needs to have a cute layout.
4 No pornographic, warez, or annoying websites. Site with a lot of pop ups will not be accepted. Your site needs to be cute. Commercial websites can be submitted as well as long as what you sell is cute.
5. If you have multiple sites you can submit all of them but the code needs to be up on every site you submit.
6. Your banner needs to be 88x31. No exceptions.
7. Your site must be in English.
8. No cheating.

To deter spambots I have implemented a secret question. When you join you will be asked the question "What is kawaii?" The answer is "cute"

Failure to comply with these rules could result in the removal of your site from the list.
